2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer two main shipping options for deliveries within Canada: Standard and Express. Free Standard Shipping applies to all orders over $100 CAD before taxes.

3. Delivery Timelines and Tracking
• Estimated Timelines: Delivery times are approximations from the dispatch date and do not include processing. Standard: 3 - 9 business days; Express: 1 - 3 business days.
• Factors Affecting Delivery: As we rely on third-party logistics, exact dates/times cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, road conditions, strikes, high volume, or other unforeseen circumstances. We'll provide updates via email.
• Tracking: Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Track your order directly on the carrier's portal. Allow up to 24 - 48 hours for tracking to activate.
• Signature and Safe Delivery: No signature is typically required, but carriers may leave packages in a safe location if you're not home. For high-value orders, we may request one at our discretion.

4. Delivery Restrictions and Customer Responsibilities
• Eligible Addresses: We ship to most residential and commercial addresses in Canada. However, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or military bases.
• Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and up-to-date shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, you will be liable for any rerouting fees, redelivery costs, or package losses. We recommend double-checking details to avoid issues.
• International Shipping: Currently limited to Canada only. If expanded, customers would handle duties/taxes.
• Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to an invalid address or refusal (without our authorization), you'll be responsible for return shipping costs, and we may deduct these from any refund.

5. Shipping Issues and Resolutions

• If You Haven't Received Your Package: Contact us immediately at contact@giordanocanada.ca if your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe. We'll work with the carrier to locate it.
• Lost or Damaged Packages: If a package is lost due to our or our partner's fault (e.g., warehouse error), we'll provide a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost. For damages, include photos in your email for faster resolution within 7-days of receiving the shipment.
• Delayed Deliveries: We handle these on a case-by-case basis. If the delay is attributable to us or our partners (not external factors), we may offer a refund, exchange, or credit at our sole discretion.
• Theft or Disappearance After Delivery: Once a package is marked as delivered (confirmed via tracking/proof of delivery), we are not responsible for theft, loss, or misplacement. No refunds or exchanges will be issued in such cases.
• Refused or Unclaimed Orders: You'll be charged for return shipping, and refunds will exclude original shipping fees.
