At Giordano Canada, we are committed to providing stylish, high-quality apparel at great value. Our discount policy ensures all promotions are applied fairly, transparently, and consistently across online purchases. This policy applies to all orders placed on Giordano.ca and may be updated without prior notice.

1. Eligibility for Discounts

Discounts are available to all customers unless specified otherwise in promotional terms. Eligibility may require actions like email signup, app download, or verification for targeted programs.

Exclusions: Discounts do not apply to certain items, including but not limited to:

  • New arrivals (first 30 days in stock).

  • Limited-edition or special collaboration items.

  • Gift cards or e-gift cards.

  • Final sale, clearance, or marked-down merchandise (discounted 30% or more).
    Any additional exclusions will be clearly stated in the promotion details.

Targeted Programs: To foster loyalty and community, we offer:

  • Welcome Discount: 10% off your first order for new email subscribers or app downloads.

  • Student Discount: 10% off full-priced items for verified students via partners like Student Beans – This is work in progress.

  • Military/First Responder Discount: 15% off for active military, veterans, first responders, and their families, verified through services like WeSalute – This is work in progress.

  • Loyalty Rewards: Earn points on purchases redeemable for vouchers – This is work in progress.

2. Types of Discounts Offered

We provide a variety of promotions to suit different shopping needs, with terms varying by campaign:

  • Percentage-off (e.g., 20% off select categories).

  • Dollar-off (e.g., $15 off orders over $75).

  • Bundle or multi-buy deals (e.g., buy 2, get 1 at 50% off).

  • Buy-One-Get-One (BOGO) offers (e.g., BOGO 50% off).

  • Seasonal/holiday promotions (e.g., Black Friday or Boxing Week up to 70% off).

  • Limited-time promo codes via email, social media, or partnerships.

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $100 (after discounts).

3. Combining Discounts

To maintain equity:

  • Discounts cannot be combined or stacked.

  • If multiple discounts apply (e.g., a storewide sale and a promo code), the highest value will automatically be applied at checkout.

  • One Code Rule – Promo codes cannot be used with automatic discounts, markdowns, or other promotions.

  • Exceptions may be noted in specific campaign terms, such as stacking student discounts during sales and are at management discretion.

4. How Discounts Are Applied

  • Discounts are calculated before taxes and reflected in the order total at checkout.

  • Discounts do not apply to shipping fees, taxes, or handling charges unless explicitly stated (e.g., free shipping promotions).

  • Promo codes must be entered at checkout and are case-sensitive; they cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.

  • For bundle/BOGO deals, the discount is distributed proportionally across items (e.g., if returning one item from a BOGO, the refund adjusts accordingly).

5. Discounted Items and Returns/Exchanges

  • Items purchased with regular discounts (e.g., percentage-off on non-sale items) are eligible for return or exchange per our Return & Exchange Policy.

  • Final sale items (including clearance or discounts of 30% or more) cannot be returned or exchanged, with no exceptions.

For returned discounted items:

  • Refunds are issued at the final paid price, not the original.

  • If part of a bundle or BOGO, the return value is prorated; returning all items voids the promotion if it drops below thresholds.

  • Discounts (e.g., promo code values) are non-refundable and may be deducted if returns reduce the order below minimum spends or promotion (such as free shipping, gift card, free gift, & so forth).

6. Holiday Season Price Match

  • We do not offer general price adjustments outside of promotions.

  • Holiday Season Price Match: For purchases from Nov 15, 2025 to Dec 31, 2025 if an item's price drops within this period, we will match the lower price upon request with proof of purchase (limited to one adjustment per item).

  • Requests must be submitted via contact@giordanocanada.ca before Jan 11, 2026.

7. Promo Codes and Restrictions

  • Codes are valid only during their stated period and are non-transferable with no cash value.

  • Promos cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, or applied to previous purchases.

  • Giordano reserves the right to decline, deactivate, or cancel codes for misuse, fraud, unauthorized distribution, or errors.

  • Codes are case-sensitive and may exclude sale items.

8. Right to Modify or Cancel Promotions

Giordano Canada reserves the right to:

  • Modify, extend, or cancel any promotion at any time due to errors, misuse, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Update this policy without prior notice; changes will be posted on Giordano.ca.
