Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we can help:

Returns:
- Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt and tags attached.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags
- Clearance or marked-down items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges:
- Exchanges are accepted within 30 days, subject to availability.
- Defective merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days.

Non-Returnable and Exchangeable Items:
- For hygiene reasons, underwear, trunks, tees, or any items in direct contact with the body cannot be returned or exchanged.

Discount Policy:
- Discounts cannot be combined. If multiple discounts are available, the higher discount will be applied.
- Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Approval: All exchanges are subject to approval upon inspection. We reserve the right to deny exchanges that do not meet our policy criteria.
Please note that we do not offer cash refunds.
Online Returns:
Online purchases follow the same return policy. Items can be returned in-store or by mail. For mail returns:
- Pack the item securely in its original condition with tags attached.
- Include the original receipt in the package.
- Ship to the return address provided on your packing slip.
Shipping fees for returns are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
