New Arrival

At Giordano, we are committed to providing reliable, efficient shipping and delivery services for our customers across Canada. All shipments are processed from our Canadian facilities, and we aim to dispatch orders quickly while maintaining high standards. For any shipping or delivery issues, please contact our customer care team at contact@giordanocanada.ca.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, with changes posted on our website. Continued use of our site after updates constitutes acceptance.

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and Canadian statutory holidays.

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Fridays, or during weekends/holidays, will be processed starting the next business day (e.g., dispatched on Tuesday for Friday afternoon orders).
• During peak periods like holidays or sales, processing may take additional time — we'll notify you via email if delays occur.
• All orders are subject to stock availability, payment verification, and fraud checks. If an item is unavailable, we'll contact you for alternatives or issue a refund for that portion.

For any questions, contact us at contact@giordanocanada.ca.

We offer two main shipping options within Canada: Standard and Express. Free Standard Shipping applies to all orders over $100 CAD before taxes.

• Free Shipping Eligibility: Applies only to Standard method; excludes taxes, duties (if any), and gift cards.
• Taxes and Additional Fees: Shipping costs are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., GST/HST), which are added at checkout based on your province.
• Carrier Partners: We use reputable third-party carriers for reliability. Carrier selection is automated based on your address for optimal efficiency.

For any questions, contact us at contact@giordanocanada.ca.

• Estimated Timelines: Delivery times are approximations from the dispatch date and do not include processing. Standard: 3–9 business days; Express: 1–3 business days.
• Factors Affecting Delivery: As we rely on third-party logistics, exact dates/times cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, road conditions, strikes, high volume, or other unforeseen circumstances. We'll provide updates via email.
• Tracking: Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Track your order directly on the carrier's portal. Allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to activate.
• Signature and Safe Delivery: No signature is typically required, but carriers may leave packages in a safe location if you're not home. For high-value orders, we may request one at our discretion.

For any questions, contact us at contact@giordanocanada.ca.

• Eligible Addresses: We ship to most residential and commercial addresses in Canada. However, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or military bases.
• Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and up-to-date shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, you will be liable for any rerouting fees, redelivery costs, or package losses. We recommend double-checking details to avoid issues.
• International Shipping: Currently limited to Canada only. If expanded, customers would handle duties/taxes.
• Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to an invalid address or refusal (without our authorization), you'll be responsible for return shipping costs, and we may deduct these from any refund.

For any questions, contact us at contact@giordanocanada.ca.

For any concerns, please reach out at contact@giordanocanada.ca with your order number — we aim to respond within 24–48 hours (business days).

• If You Haven't Received Your Package: Contact us immediately at contact@giordanocanada.ca if your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe. We'll work with the carrier to locate it.
• Lost or Damaged Packages: If a package is lost due to our or our partner's fault (e.g., warehouse error), we'll provide a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost. For damages, include photos in your email for faster resolution within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
• Delayed Deliveries: We handle these on a case-by-case basis. If the delay is attributable to us or our partners (not external factors), we may offer a refund, exchange, or credit at our sole discretion.
• Theft or Disappearance After Delivery: Once a package is marked as delivered (confirmed via tracking/proof of delivery), we are not responsible for theft, loss, or misplacement. No refunds or exchanges will be issued in such cases.
• Refused or Unclaimed Orders: You'll be charged for return shipping, and refunds will exclude original shipping fees.

• Packaging and Sustainability: Orders are securely packaged in eco-friendly materials where possible.
• Holiday and Peak Periods: Expect potential delays during high-volume times; we'll communicate via email.
• Legal Compliance: This policy complies with Canadian consumer laws, including accurate representations under the Competition Act.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Giordano purchase. If not, you can return or exchange eligible items under the following conditions:

• Proof of Purchase Required: All returns and exchanges must include the original receipt or order confirmation. Without it, we may deny the request at our discretion.
• Item Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact. We inspect all items upon receipt and reserve the right to refuse if they show signs of use, alteration, or non-compliance.
• Refund Method: We do not offer cash refunds. Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary based on your financial institution.
• Discount and Promotion Rules: Promotional items returned may result in adjusted refund amounts to reflect the discount value.
• Abuse Prevention: We monitor return patterns and reserve the right to limit or deny returns if we suspect abuse, such as excessive returns without corresponding purchases.
• Currency and Taxes: Refunds are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes but exclude original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.

• Personalized or customized items.

Exchanges allow you to swap for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability:

• Timeframe: Within 30 days from the date of purchase (in-store) or delivery.
• Eligibility: Applies to regular-priced items only. Clearance, marked-down, or Final Sale items are non-returnable and clearly marked as such during purchase. Exchanges for defective items are prioritized and can be processed within 30 days.
• Value Rules: Exchanges must be for items of similar or higher value. If the new item costs more, you'll pay the difference. We do not provide refunds or credits for lower-value exchanges — the exchange value cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
• Unavailable Items: If your desired exchange is out of stock, we'll issue a store gift card for the original item's value (excluding shipping). Gift cards expire 3 months from issuance and can be used online at giordano.ca or in-store.
• Exchange Shipping: For mail-in exchanges, a return shipping fee of $7.99 (plus taxes) applies. Giordano will cover the shipping cost of sending your replacement item back to you at no extra charge. For defective items, all exchange-related shipping fees are fully waived.

To accommodate holiday gifting, we offer an extended exchange period:

• Exchange Shipping: All standard exchange conditions apply. Please see the Exchange Policy above for standard shipping costs.
